What materials are your cookware sets made from?

Our camping cookware sets are made from either 304 stainless steel or aluminum, depending on the specific product. Material details are clearly listed on each product page so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

Is the cookware safe for cooking?

Yes.

Our stainless steel cookware uses food-grade 304 stainless steel, a material commonly used in commercial kitchens and food preparation equipment. We carefully source products designed for safe food contact and outdoor cooking use.

What's the difference between stainless steel and aluminum cookware?

Stainless Steel

• More durable and resistant to wear

• Handles high temperatures well

• Excellent for car camping and family camping trips

• Longer service life with proper care

Aluminum

• Lightweight and easy to carry

• Heats quickly and efficiently

• Popular among backpackers and hikers

• Ideal when minimizing pack weight is important

If durability is your priority, stainless steel is usually the better choice. If reducing weight matters most, aluminum may be the better fit.

Can I use the cookware over a campfire?

Many of our stainless steel cookware sets are suitable for campfire cooking as well as propane and butane stoves.

Can I use the cookware at home?

Many products are compatible with standard gas and electric stovetops. Compatibility varies by product, so please review the product description before purchasing.

How do I choose the right cookware size?

As a general guideline:

• 1–2 people: 1.5–2L cookware sets

• 3–4 people: 2.5L or larger cookware sets

• 5+ people: 3L+ cookware sets with multiple cooking vessels

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If you need to cancel an order, please email support@baztien.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you'll receive:

1. An order confirmation email

2. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within:

• Processing: 1–3 business days

• Transit: 5–7 business days

Estimated total delivery time is typically 6–10 business days, although carrier delays and destination factors may affect delivery times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• U.S. Territories

• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package.

Before contacting us:

• Check around your delivery location

• Ask household members or neighbors

• Wait up to 24 hours, as carriers occasionally update delivery scans early

• Contact the carrier directly regarding the shipment

If you still cannot locate your package, email support@baztien.com for assistance.

My order arrived damaged.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

Providing photos helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must generally be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Complete with included accessories

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

For customer preference returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

How long do refunds take?

After a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to receive a different item may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean camping cookware?

For best results:

• Rinse cookware soon after use

• Use warm water and mild dish soap

• Soak stubborn food residue before cleaning

• Dry thoroughly before storage

Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners that may scratch surfaces.

Is the cookware dishwasher safe?

Dishwasher compatibility varies by product.

Can I use metal utensils?

For stainless steel cookware, metal utensils are generally suitable.

For aluminum cookware, wooden or silicone utensils may help reduce surface wear over time.
