At Baztien, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are processed, and what steps to follow if you need assistance.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.


2. Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged during transit

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item received does not substantially match the product description

  • The customer changed their mind and the item remains unused and in original condition

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery whenever possible.


3. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Item is unused and in substantially the same condition as received

  • All original components and accessories are included

  • Original packaging is included whenever reasonably possible

  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided

Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of the return request.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

  • Used, altered, or damaged products not caused by shipping issues

  • Products missing components, accessories, or significant parts

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage, modification, or abnormal use


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the original purchase (if eligible)

  2. Placing a new order for the desired product

This process helps minimize delays and inventory availability issues.


6. How to Start a Return

Step 1 – Contact Customer Support

Email support@baztien.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Step 3 – Ship the Product

When returning an item:

  • Use a trackable shipping service whenever possible

  • Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is completed


7. Return Shipping Costs

We May Cover Return Shipping When:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • An incorrect item was shipped

  • The product contains a verified fulfillment error

In these situations, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses after reviewing supporting documentation.

Customer-Paid Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • They changed their mind

  • The item is no longer wanted

  • The wrong product was ordered by mistake

  • The product did not meet personal preferences

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable.


8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account after processing.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been issued.


9. Order Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation before shipment.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

While we make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If the order has already shipped, customers may request a return under the conditions outlined in this policy after delivery.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Claims submitted without supporting documentation may require additional verification.


11. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

  • Returned items are missing major components

  • Products show evidence of use beyond reasonable inspection

  • Items are returned in a condition different from that originally received

Each return is evaluated individually to ensure fairness to both customers and our business.
