At Baztien, we strive to provide a reliable shipping experience for customers throughout the contiguous United States. This Shipping Policy explains shipping eligibility, processing times, delivery estimates, and procedures for shipping-related issues.

Unless otherwise stated, all timeframes refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Contiguous United States (48 mainland states)

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • International destinations

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

  • No minimum purchase required

  • No hidden shipping charges

  • No additional fees added during checkout

At this time, we only offer standard shipping services and do not provide expedited or overnight delivery options.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully verified.

Standard Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on a business day are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed:

  • After 2:00 PM MT

  • On weekends

  • On U.S. federal holidays

will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak shopping periods, including major holidays and promotional events, processing times may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.

While most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframe, carrier delays caused by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other factors outside our control may occasionally occur.


5. Fulfillment Locations

Orders are fulfilled through warehouse and logistics partners located within the United States.

All shipments enter the domestic carrier network from U.S.-based fulfillment facilities, allowing us to provide standard domestic delivery timeframes.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Because all orders are shipped domestically within the United States:

  • No customs duties apply

  • No import taxes apply

  • No international clearance fees apply

We do not currently offer international shipping.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the external packaging

After reviewing the documentation, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Failure to provide supporting photographs may delay or prevent claim processing.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.

  3. Allow up to one additional business day for final delivery.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier and request an investigation.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier claim or investigation reference number (if available)

We may require carrier confirmation before issuing a replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.


9. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If an order is returned because of:

  • An incorrect address

  • An incomplete address

  • Undeliverable address information provided by the customer

additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Address changes may not be possible once order processing has begun.
